Andréa’s bio

Social Media Coordinator

I discovered my passion for neuroscience at McGill University through an introductory course on Behavioural Neuroscience, part of my Psychology minor. This led me to explore human behavior, motivation, and relationships, always striving to understand the 'why' behind human actions. After graduating, I worked in a fast-growing fintech company in London for about three years, which led to a burnout. While researching self-help methods to soothe my mind, I was introduced to psychedelics. This sparked my interest in a more purpose-driven life and made me decide to pursue my passion for food and health.

Returning to my hometown of Geneva, I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I embraced the concept of nourishment extending beyond the plate. I believe that mental, emotional, and spiritual health are as crucial as physical health, and that psychedelics hold great promise for profound healing when used appropriately. Inspired by a conference on psychedelic-assisted therapies, in which I met Federico ALPS co-founder, I joined the ALPS team as a Social Media Coordinator. Today, I run my own Health Coach practice, helping people achieve holistic wellness through workshops, retreats, and consultancy services. My goal is to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to care for themselves in all aspects of life.
