As a facilitator and therapist, I focus on the nexus between attention-based introspection, emotional agility and pure inner exploration. I assist individuals and teams in gaining insights from their unconscious internal patterns to foster emotional flexibility and impactful change.

I am passionately interested in myths and rituals (and by extension constructivism, i.e. the way human beings “organize” their experience of the “real”), experiences related to consciousness (including mystical experiences) and poetry.

As such, my passions led me to drink from various fountains, including the Gnawa of North Africa, Vipassana meditation, mexican Camino Rojo, Sufi Dhikr and hypnosis as a main tool. Within this patchwork, I have come progressively to the realization that psychedelic traditions are a core part of our human experience, contributing with a precise coherence, organization, progression, to the entire human story.

Therefore, I consider traditional psychedelic practices very similar to a buddhist monk’s meditation, a Sufi master’s litanies, or a Gnawa’s Lila: they are all various wells leading to the same water; each well requiring effort, care, and practice.

Next to my therapy practice, I also work as a freelance consultant in Global Health and Immunization, with a background in particle physics, political science, and management consulting.
